Ability to see when maintenance work orders (maintenance items) are sent to trades, ability to track this through via the CRM comments screen. This would operate much the same as the SupplierConnect job comment functionality.

Currently the VPB only defaults to the newest one, even when in draft. It would be ideal if admin can set the vpb version of there choice to default when logging in automatically

When a call up is done, and you want to enter notes for a trade (i.e enable email notification - not supply connect) you can only put in a small amount of characters and not enough to describe extras you want done for a job.

When items complete with an order attached, it should automatically ask if you want to approve the bill for payment

When you call off an item, it should work smarter (i.e automatically bring up a calendar instead of having to pick 3 or 4 things to get a date to display in there)
