having the ability to delete folders with, for example, 30 items within it rather than having to delete the 30 items individually to then be able to delete the parent folder would save a lot of time.
For example, a folder for a certain display home upgrades may have 30-80 upgrade options within it. When this display closes having to delete all 30-80 items rather than just being able to delete the folder in one click is very time consuming and not something the usual delegated staff member to maintain the VPB would have time for (estimator).
Another example would be changing an entire specification of a company or it's structure. The items within the VPB are >50% relevant and the area/validity and BOQ link formulas are remaining and it is therefore easier to copy the entire VPB and delete/alter what isn't required rather than start a new VPB and have to re-create all items from scratch. However, the new spec has meant about 50% of the old VPB is no longer required, but deleting every item in every folder to then be able to delete the folder is weeks worth of work.
Unfortunately this key feature only adds to making Framework a very clunky and less-efficient program for the intended use of a company when compared to other software
