When selecting files via other parts of Framework, the user can use CTRL to highlight multiple rows, which makes attaching files easier. We would apply the same theory to the Logistics call up dialogs to make this process simpler than re-highlighting the next row to attach, when multiple files from the same folder may need to be attached.
